  • Preperation of interior surfaces
  • Drywall repairs
  • New drywall would be primed and painted
  • Caulking where needed
  • Scrape all loose paint
  • Sanding all patches and priming
  • Application of paint (spray or roller method)
  • Trim and doors, fill holes with putty painting, and caulking to all trim and doors
  • Apply primer and the finish coat
  • Clean up after ourselves, and walkthrough with the owner to ensure your approval

Exterior Painting

  • Power Washing
  • Masking all unpainted surfaces
  • Scrape all loose paint
  • Stucco repairs
  • Caulking where needed
  • Priming all bare surfaces
  • Painting Stucco with a good quality paint and sealing concrete or bricks (spray or roller method)
  • Antigraffity coatings
  • Paint Trim with good quality paint
  • Paint accent with good quality paint
  • Clean up after ourselves, and walkthrough with the owner to ensure your approval
